We had 3 men using crow bars to pry open our windows while my wife was home alone. The Novato PD sent 6 officers while my wife hid in the closet talking to the police dispatcher who kept her calm. The burglars got in and were about 20 feet from my wife when the officers arrived and arrested them. Very scary. The officers could not have been more professional and caring. The Novato PD did a fantastic job for our family and we greatly appreciate the job they are doing for our community.
